Accelerated Technology Laboratories, Inc. (ATL) is pleased to introduce the addition of a solo submit functionality to its support portal allowing online incident submittal. ATL places a strong emphasis on product quality, as well as customer service and support, and continually evaluates its processes to ensure customer fulfillment.
The Solo Submit Process:
• Customer logs into Support Portal.
• Using the Technical Support menu, Customer clicks on Submit an Incident.
• Easy-to-follow submittal instructions are displayed.
• Customer completes online form and attaches any screenshots, WinZip file etc. as necessary.
• Customer clicks "Send Report".
• Incident is automatically posted in the ATL Support Database and Support Engineers are notified.
All levels of ATL's Metal Support Program have this Solo Submit option available in addition to the current means of incident reporting. ATL is pleased to offer this enhancement in hopes of better suiting its customers' wide array of needs, varied time zones and busy schedules.
